When comparing floor prices always check the accessories prices. | Free Delivery We offer free delivery * on all orders over £500.00 +VAT (* Additional charges can apply for the Highlands, Islands and remote addresses, please telephone for a quotation) | Floors and doors are packed to protect against damage Wood flooring is at its most vulnerable during transit that is why we are unique in the extent we go to in protecting your floor in transit. | | Where possible floors are delivered using our own transport. |  | | If it is not possible to use our own transport we protect large orders by using oversize pallets and shrink wrap the whole consignment. This packaging can be simply cut away so that the floor can be unloaded from the lorry by hand. |  | For smaller orders each pack of flooring is encased in heavy corrugated cardboard with impact resisting ends, trims are packed in strong cardboard tubes.
No system is perfect but we take all reasonable precautions to ensure that you receive the perfect floor. This extra protection comes at no additional cost to you. |  | | Note: Despite this extra protection damage can occur. It is the responsibility of the customer to check for damage or missing items. Any problems must be written on the carriers delivery note. If the delivery note is signed as "delivered in good condition" no claims for damage or missing items can be made. |
