Embracing the hot trend for all things retro, Kährs has introduced its new Linnea Dwell Collection of wood floors. Offering a mix of chic patterns, the new Collection includes Oak, Walnut and Poplar options in Dutch Mosaic, Industry Parquet and Multi-stripes. Unlike traditional parquet blocks, all floors are ready finished and are laid directly over the subfloor as whole long boards, providing an authentic look with the speed, durability and easy care benefits of a modern floor.
Combining style with practicality, Kährs Linnea Dwell boards measure 1225 x 193mm and, at just 7mm thick, are ideal for areas with floor height restrictions. Colour options span from pale toned Dutch-classic Oak Loft to black and white striped Poplar Notting Hill. All boards feature a durable matt lacquer prefinish and can be laid on most dry, level surfaces including concrete, wood and particle board.
Like all Kährs Linnea products, Dwell floors have a light-weight, high performance construction which is both easy to handle and eco-friendly. Below the hardwood surface, the boards comprise a layer of High Density Fibreboard above a hardwood veneer base. As well as using resources in the most eco-conscious way, Kährs construction - combined with its Woodloc® joint - eliminates gapping and reduces natural movement caused by humidity change. Floors can be installed floating, or glued down, and all designs are offered with a 12-year guarantee. |
